Acceptable stay, some issues noticed
fresh juices beach beds room air conditioner housekeeping service
The breakfast was nice (especially the fresh juices). The hotel had a variety of items from Thai and Western food. I enjoyed the beach. It was relaxing with plenty of shady areas and beach beds to lay down.
The hotel room air conditioner was not cold enough. I informed housekeeping, and they sent a technician (it was a bit of a wait). The technician showed me how to use the aircon. I seemed like he did not really fix the issue.

inconsistent training spa prices
The breakfast buffet had enough food to fill me up all day. That was a plus.
the resort didn't feel like a true five-star experience, honestly. the staff lacked consistent training, something i noticed repeatedly. prices at the spa were very high compared to other similar resorts, so i booked my treatments elsewhere.

Relaxing stay

I liked the villa size. The resort seems bigger than it is. The resort provided plenty of space for relaxation. Breakfast was delicious and included a lot of variety. I enjoyed the asian food and fresh fruit.
I booked a villa. I expected to see the sea. Instead, the villa faced the pool. It was behind the gym, disappointing. This impacted the overall value, considering the cost.

The spa offered luxurious treatments, and I felt very pampered. Complimentary island transportation was available. I found this convenient. A scooter rental service was also available through reception.

The staff were friendly, and their service was very attentive. They provided water. The resort offered daily housekeeping and evening turndown service. Desserts were delivered during the turndown service.

A direct flight from Bangkok to Trat province is available via Bangkok Airways, with flight PG 305 departing at 11:40 AM and arriving at Trat Airport at 12:40 PM. Is there a boat transfer service from the pier to the resort?
